In a fiery declaration that sent shockwaves through the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ranks, Kwadaso MP, Prof. Kingsley Nyarko, has drawn a clear line in the sand.
He has disclosed publicly that he stands with Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and no one can sway him.
Speaking to an electrified crowd during one of Dr. Bawumia’s zonal constituency engagements in the Ashanti Region, Prof. Nyarko didn’t hold back.
With passion in his voice and conviction in his words, he tore into internal critics and power-hungry aspirants who, in his view, are tarnishing the party’s image for personal gain.
“Other aspirants won’t even bother calling me because they know I can’t be convinced!” he declared.
“I will NEVER go on air to speak badly about the NPP. This party made me who I am!”
With 2028 still years away, the NPP’s internal race is already heating up, but Prof. Nyarko made it crystal clear. For him, there’s only one choice; Dr Bawumia.
He praised the former Vice President’s bold leadership and developmental vision, describing himself as “spellbound” by Bawumia’s ideas for Ghana’s future. But beyond the endorsement, it was his explosive message to party detractors that turned heads.
“Anyone who speaks ill of the NPP does not love this party. Let’s keep the party clean!” he thundered, drawing loud cheers from the crowd.
As tensions simmer among NPP flagbearer hopefuls, Prof. Nyarko’s no-nonsense stance sends a clear message; loyalty is not for sale, and betrayal won’t be tolerated.
