Her Excellency Dr. Fatima Maada Bio, graciously received the newly elected President, Mr. Ishmael Sandy, and his executive from the Sierra Leone National Bike Riders Union during a courtesy visit at her office in Goderich on May 7th, 2024. It was recalled that the Sierra Leone National Bike Riders Union held their National Election on May 5th, 2024, which resulted in Mr. Ishmael Sandy being elected president.
Encouraging the executives, Her Excellency urged them to view their roles as a career, emphasizing the significant impact they have on the lives of many Sierra Leoneans. “Take this opportunity as a career and not as a casual thing,” Her words carried a genuine tone, reflecting her strong belief in the collaborative efforts essential for societal progress.
Dr. Fatima Maada Bio seized the opportunity to convey her sincere appreciation for the union’s steadfast dedication to community service and welfare. She lauded their tireless efforts in ensuring safe and efficient transportation networks throughout the nation, acknowledging the pivotal role they play in facilitating the daily lives of citizens across Sierra Leone.
The President Mr. Ishmael Sandy ,expressed gratitude to Her Excellency for graciously accepting their visit and for consistently embodying maternal care for all citizens in the country.
