Hon. Richard Kwasi Ofori Boadi Agyemang, Chief Executive of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), has called on residents to remain optimistic and courageous as the city moves forward under his leadership.

In a message shared on his official Facebook page, Hon. Agyemang prayed for a better November, urging citizens to “hold your head high” and to openly express what is in their hearts. He also wished for the “fullness of grace and joy” for the people of Kumasi, signing off with the hashtag #kingzuba.

Political analysts suggest that the Chief Executive’s message is not just a seasonal greeting but also a subtle reassurance of his administration’s commitment to fostering unity, resilience, and community development ahead of upcoming municipal projects.
By addressing the emotional and social well-being of residents, Hon. Agyemang reinforces the perception of hands-on, people-centered leadership.

The message reflects an ongoing strategy by the KMA leadership to maintain public confidence, especially as local governance faces increased scrutiny over infrastructure and urban management issues.
Residents are encouraged to embrace the spirit of hope and active participation in the governance process as the metropolis embarks on new initiatives this month.
