Ghana could be on the brink of an unprecedented economic breakthrough in 2026 following a prophecy by a Kumasi-based clergyman, Prophet Dr. Prince Brown.
He has announced that the nation will witness a massive discovery of oil in some of the newly created districts in the country.
The revelation was made by him in the night of December 31, 2025, where the prophet released over 200 prophecies concerning Ghana and the global community.
Prophet Dr. Prince Brown, founder and leader of Shammah Fire and Miracle Ministries, said that he saw a “massive flow of oil” in the spiritual realm; an occurrence he described as divinely timed for Ghana’s elevation.
“I saw a massive flow and discovery of oil in some new districts in Ghana,” he proclaimed.
According to the prophet, the anticipated discovery will take place under the leadership of President John Dramani Mahama and will come as a turning point for the nation’s economy.
He claimed the oil find would trigger job creation, rapid infrastructure development, and renewed foreign interest in Ghana’s natural resource sector.
Prophet Dr. Prince Brown—popularly known as “Global Eagle” also issued what many described as a prophetic directive to national leadership, urging heavy investment in agriculture throughout 2026.
He said he saw a global economic shift where nations and individuals who prioritized agriculture emerged prosperous.
“Invest heavily in agriculture in 2026. I saw many people around the world becoming wealthy through agriculture,” he advised the Presidency, describing the sector as Ghana’s next major source of wealth after oil.
