The Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, (MP), on Monday, 12th January 2026, received the newly appointed executives of Accra Hearts of Oak at the Ministry in Accra.
The visit provided the opportunity for the new leadership to formally introduce themselves, share their vision for the club, and seek the Minister’s advice on putting in place effective structures to mobilise supporters and members, raise funds, and ensure the regular payment of dues to strengthen the club’s operations.
Hon. Samuel Nartey George encouraged the executives to work diligently to restore Accra Hearts of Oak to its former glory, stressing the importance of building a robust supporter database and investing in improved training facilities as key steps towards sustainable growth and success.
The delegation was led by the NCC Chairman of Accra Hearts of Oak, Alhaji Yusif Abdulai.
