The Ministry of Roads and Highways has unveiled its new official Friday wear for staff, reinforcing its commitment to promoting Ghanaian culture, unity, and institutional identity.

The newly introduced cloth, beautifully crafted and inspired by rich traditional motifs, symbolizes the Ministry’s dedication to projecting the nation’s cultural heritage while strengthening cohesion among its workforce.

Speaking at the launch, Ing. Samuel Akuaku, Chief Director of the Ministry, noted that the initiative aligns with efforts to boost staff morale and enhance the Ministry’s corporate visibility.

“This initiative forms part of efforts to boost staff morale, enhance corporate visibility, and encourage the wearing of Made-in-Ghana clothing,” he said.

Staff members warmly welcomed the initiative, describing it as a refreshing development that blends professionalism with cultural pride.

The Ministry is confident that the introduction of the Friday wear will not only reinforce its internal identity but also support the broader national agenda of promoting local textile industries and celebrating Ghanaian craftsmanship.
