Founder and leader of Open Arms Ministry, St. Sark has described NPP’s “breaking the 8” mantra as an impossibility.
The Kumasi-based clergy told newsmen on Monday, 7th October, 2024 that there is no way NPP can break the 8 in the upcoming presidential election.
His reasons are that, flagbearer for the party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia proved recalcitrant vis-a-vis carrying out a Prophetic instruction he gave him in the year 2020.
Addressing the media at his church premises, St. Sark said he prompted Dr. Bawumia to resign from his Vice presidential position for Nana Addo to substitute Alan Kyeremateng as the Vice President.
Had Alan assumed the Vice Presidential position following the resignation of Dr Bawumia, his (Alan) next step would have been contesting for the flagbearship position.
“Breaking the 8 would have been a no much task for the NPP if Alan had been the flagbearer of NPP”.
According to St. Sark the above was a divine arrangement for the victory of NPP in the upcoming presidential election “but Bawumia failed to cooperate”.
