The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP) yesterday concluded a successful 5-day onboarding workshop at the Otiwaa Hall, Capital View Hotel in Koforidua.
The primary objective of this comprehensive exercise was to seamlessly integrate management and newly recruited regional staff, fostering a unified and high-performing team.
Throughout the 5-day workshop, participants engaged in a range of informative and interactive training activities, including:
- Organizational Structure: Staff gained a deeper understanding of NEIP’s hierarchical structure, roles, and responsibilities.
- Staff Salary and Remuneration: Participants were briefed on the organization’s compensation package, benefits, and incentives.
- NEIP Programs: Staff were taken through the various programs and initiatives offered by NEIP, including entrepreneurship training, funding opportunities, and innovation support.
- Team Bonding: Team-building activities encouraged collaboration, communication, and camaraderie among staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Job Specification: Participants received detailed information on their job roles, expectations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The onboarding workshop provided a valuable opportunity for staff to familiarize themselves with NEIP’s mission, vision, and values, as well as the organization’s policies and procedures.
