On March 20th, 2025, a delegation led by Mr. Eric Adjei, CEO of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), paid a courtesy call to the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA).
The purpose of the meeting was to explore and establish strategic partnerships aimed at fostering agricultural innovation and youth entrepreneurship in Ghana.
Dr. Betty Simawua Annan, Country Director of AGRA, and her team welcomed the NEIP team, and expressed AGRA’s strong interest in collaborating with NEIP.
AGRA, an African-led institution dedicated to scaling agricultural innovation for sustainable job creation and food security, pledged its support in nurturing youth startups and innovation within the agricultural sector.
Dr. Annan also voiced her confidence in NEIP’s initiatives and their potential to generate sustainable employment opportunities for young Ghanaians.
Mr. Eric Adjei conveyed his gratitude to AGRA and Dr. Annan for their ongoing contributions to agricultural initiatives that enhance food security in Ghana.
He further outlined key flagship programs of NEIP, seeking AGRA’s partnership to amplify their impact.
