Controversial Clergy St. Sark is pushing for the immediate arrest and prosecution of the leadership and members of the board of trustees for the National Cathedral project.

Briefing journalists in Kumasi on Tuesday, 17th December, 2024, he said “all must be jailed”.

The leadership and board members are;

Apostle Prof. Opoku Onyinah (Former Chairman of the Church of Pentecost)

Archbishop
Charles Palmer-Buckle
(Metropolitan Catholic Archbishop, Cape Coast)

Most Rev. Bishop
Justice Ofei Akrofi
(Former Anglican Archbishop Emeritus)

Most Rev. T. K. Awotwi Pratt
(Former Presiding Bishop of the Methodist Church)

Rt. Rev. Prof. Emmanuel Martey
(Former Moderator of the Presbyterian Church)

Rev. Dr. Joyce Aryee
(Executive Director, Salt and Light Ministries)

Rev. Victor Kusi Boateng
(Founder of Power Chapel Worldwide)

Rev. Dr. Frimpong Manso
(General Superintendent, Assemblies of God) etc.

Founder and General Overseer, United Denominations of Action Chapel Churches Worldwide, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, President of the Eastwood Anaba Ministries, Rev. Eastwood Anaba and Bishop Dagheward Mills of Lighthouse Chapel International resigned from the Board of Trustees overseeing the construction of the National Cathedral in Ghana.

However St. Sark has stated that even though Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, Rev Eastwood Anaba and Bishop Dag resigned from the board, they should not be left off the hook but must be made to face the wrath of the law since they were part at the initial stage.

St. Sark who is the General Overseer of Open Arms Ministry asserted that, the board of trustees have wasted and mismanaged state funds, adding that the colosal amount of money spent carelessly on the cathedral could have been used for the execution a different project to the benefit of all Ghanaians.

“Anybody who has mismanaged state funds must go to jail”, he reiterated.

According St. Sark the move was actually not to build a temple of GOD but a “Church of Satan”.
