

MobileMoney LTD will host its Annual Fintech Stakeholder Forum on Wednesday, 15th October 2025, in Accra.


This year’s forum is themed “Harnessing Ghana’s Fintech Potential: Regulatory Frameworks for Digital Credit and Digital Assets”, and aims to bring together key players from the financial, regulatory, and tech sectors to explore the future of digital finance in Ghana.


The 2025 edition is being held in collaboration with the Institute of Statistical, Social and Economic Research (ISSER) and the IMANI Centre for Policy and Education (IMANI).

Both institutions will present findings from recent research on Ghana’s preparedness for implementing new regulatory guidelines on digital credit and digital assets, insights that are expected to shape national discourse around fintech innovation and regulation.
A distinguished panel of experts will delve into the event’s theme, including:

- Professor Peter Quartey – ISSER
- Clara B. Arthur – CEO, GHIPSS
- Ethel Cofie – CEO, EDEL Technologies
- Sylvia Otuo Acheampong – Chief Products and Services Officer, MobileMoney LTD
The forum will also feature a keynote address by Mrs. Matilda Asante, Second Deputy Governor of the Bank of Ghana, as the Guest Speaker.
Speaking ahead of the event, Shaibu Haruna, CEO of MobileMoney LTD, emphasized the importance of collaboration in shaping a resilient digital finance ecosystem.
