The Africa Real Estate Festival has officially billed, Ghana’s indomitable Chief of Staff, Hon. Julius Debrah as Special Guest of Honour for the festival’s Opening Day.

Scheduled to take place from April 18–19, 2026, in Accra, the festival continues to establish itself as a premier gathering dedicated to shaping the future of Africa’s real estate sector.

The event will bring together industry leaders, investors, developers, and policymakers to explore emerging trends, investment opportunities, and sustainable development strategies across the continent.

The inclusion of Hon. Debrah as a key figure at the opening ceremony highlights the increasing role of government leadership and public policy in driving growth within Africa’s built environment.
