Commander of the most noble global peace ambassadors, His Excellency Hon. Bishop Dr. Akwasi Adu Amankwaah has dedicated a prestigious award to the overlord of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
The global award which is dubbed: “Leadership of Conscience for Love and Peace” aims at promoting love, peace, unity, sustainability and development.
It was given to him by the United Nations in recognition of his excellent contribution towards the promotion if peace, love and unity in Africa, Lartin America, Asia, Europe and other parts of the world.
Stating reason for dedicating the award to the Asantehene, he told Opemsuo Radio’s news anchor, Kwame Awuah, that the Overlord of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, through his exceptional leadership instilled in him wisdom and good moral values.
He said he is always inspired by Asantehene’s style of leadership and his commitment towards unity and peace in Asanteman, Ghana and beyond.

H.E Hon. Bishop Dr. Akwasi Adu Amankwah is also an awardee of US Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for Global influential personalities.
The above award has been received by late Nelson Mandela, Martin Luther King Junior, former President John Agyekum Kuffour and few world leaders.
