Rainbow Radio’s Afia Adjei Sikapa has been adjudged the News Caster of the Year at the 4th edition of the distinguished Golden Age Creative Arts and Business Awards.
The award was in recognition of her exceptional contribution to the growth of the radio industry in Ghana.
The event took place on Wednesday 1st May,2024 at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel,Accra.
Receiving the award she expressed her heartfelt gratitude to God and all her fans for their unwavering support.
She also thanked Rainbow Radio’s executive producers and management for providing her with the necessary platform for her career growth.
The Award seeks to honor and appreciate their progress and impact,which have been remarkable over the years.
The Golden Age Creative Arts and Business Award are held annually to honor personalities who have demonstrated good values ,distinguished themselves in their diverse fields of endeavor, and are committed to societal progress.
The award ceremony also honors various nominees across a set of categories based on their achievements within the year under review.
