The Director of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS), Obenfo Nana Kwasi Gyetuah, has urged young entrepreneurs to transform their newly acquired skills into viable and impactful businesses.

He delivered the message during his official visit to the GNACOPS Training Hub on the final day of the Adwumawura Entrepreneurship and Innovation Training Programme, marking the end of an intensive five-week training period.

Addressing the trainees, Obenfo Gyetuah commended their dedication and commitment throughout the programme, emphasizing that the real impact of the training would be measured by how effectively they apply the knowledge gained.

He encouraged participants to leverage the practical insights, business development strategies, and entrepreneurial tools they received to build sustainable enterprises capable of creating jobs and boosting Ghanaβs economic growth.

βThe skills youβve gained here are not just for personal advancement but for national progress,β he told the trainees. βUse them to create value, innovate, and contribute meaningfully to the development of our country.β
The Adwumawura Initiative, implemented under the Government of Ghanaβs National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme (NEIP), continues to serve as a catalyst for nurturing young entrepreneurs across the country.
The programme equips participants with essential competencies in financial management, business operations, innovation strategy, and enterprise growth.
As the cohort concludes its training, organisers expressed optimism that the graduates are now better positioned to transition from learners to business leaders capable of making tangible contributions to Ghanaβs entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The session concluded with renewed commitment from GNACOPS and NEIP to support emerging entrepreneurs and ensure that the Adwumawura Initiative remains a strategic pathway for economic empowerment and job creation.
