GCB Bank PLC has reaffirmed its commitment to national development through a strategic engagement with the GNPC Foundation aimed at expanding high-impact social interventions across the country.

On Thursday, November 13, a high-level delegation led by the bank’s Chief of Staff, Abraham Ferguson, paid a courtesy visit to the GNPC Foundation to explore new avenues for collaboration. The discussions, described as both productive and forward-looking, focused on reviewing ongoing projects and identifying opportunities where GCB’s nationwide presence and technical expertise could bolster the Foundation’s initiatives.

The partnership conversations covered key areas such as education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and environmental sustainability—sectors where both institutions have consistently invested to uplift communities.
GCB’s Chief Marketing, Communications, and Customer Experience Officer, Cynthia E. Ofori Dwumfuo, also took part in the meeting. She underscored the importance of strengthening beneficiary engagement and designing programs that remain impactful and sustainable over the long term.

The Executive Director of the GNPC Foundation, Ms. Helga JM Boadi, warmly received the delegation and expressed optimism about the renewed collaboration. She highlighted the significant value GCB brings to the Foundation’s work across Ghana, noting that the strengthened partnership will help scale up interventions that directly improve livelihoods.
The renewed engagement marks a notable milestone for both institutions. It also underscores the critical role of strategic partnerships in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and delivering meaningful, lasting change in communities nationwide.
