In a groundbreaking announcement that has sent waves of excitement through Ningo, the Member of Parliament and Minister for Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, has declared his intention to establish a state-of-the-art nursing training college right in the heart of the community.

Speaking at the vibrant 2025 Homowo Grand Durbar on Saturday, 6th September, the MP electrified the crowd with the promise of a project that could transform the future of healthcare and youth employment in the area.

The college is expected to become a regional powerhouse for training nurses and empowering SHS graduates with life-changing career opportunities.

But that wasn’t all.

In a stunning double revelation, Hon. Sam George also announced the long-awaited construction of the Tsopoli-Ningo road, a critical infrastructure project that will open up the region, improve connectivity, and boost local economic growth.
To cap off a day of bold promises and community pride, the MP made a generous GHS 100,000 donation to the Ningo Traditional Council to support the 2025 Homowo celebrations, earning thunderous applause from chiefs and residents alike.
A new dawn is rising in Ningo, and Hon. Sam George is leading the charge.
