The award, presented by a high-level delegation led by Editor-in-Chief Dr. Dee Otibu Asare, marks a significant recognition of Hon. George’s visionary leadership; one that is reshaping Ghana’s digital narrative and redefining public service excellence.

Dr. Asare, speaking on behalf of the organisation, described Hon. George as “a rare breed of leader, principled, intelligent, and courageous.”

He commended the Minister for his fearless advocacy on national issues and his steadfast commitment to the ideals of integrity, service, and innovation.

“Hon. George’s leadership stands out not just for results, but for values. He is a man of deep conviction and purpose, driven by patriotism and inspired by the legacy of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah,” Dr. Asare remarked.

He further noted that the Minister’s strong ideological foundation, anchored in self-reliance and economic independence positions him as a transformative force in both government and society. “In a time when integrity in public service is more critical than ever, Hon. George leads with distinction,” he added.

A dynamic and influential voice in Ghana’s political landscape, Hon. Samuel Nartey George is currently serving his third term as Member of Parliament for the Greater Accra Region. He also holds the prestigious position of Secretary General of the African Parliamentary Network on Work Governance, amplifying his impact across the continent.

Within government, his influence is felt through key strategic roles, including as a board member of the National Information Technology Agency (NITA), where he is shaping policy direction and accelerating digital transformation.

His previous positions as Communication Specialist at the Presidency, Deputy Ranking Member of the Parliamentary Communications Select Committee, and member of the Public Accounts Committee reflect a career marked by consistent excellence and national service.

Expressing his gratitude for the award, Hon. George said:

“I am deeply honoured by this recognition. It is a call to do more for Ghana, for Africa, and for the future we are building through technology, innovation, and inclusive leadership. I remain committed to serving with integrity and vision.”

This latest honour adds to a growing list of accolades that underscore Hon. Samuel Nartey George’s status as one of Ghana’s most respected and visionary leaders; a man whose work is not only transforming the communications sector, but also inspiring a new standard of public leadership.
