Chinese investors, led by Madam Eva Wu, paid a courtesy visit to Sierra Leone’s First Lady, Dr. Fatima Maada Bio, at her Goderich Office on Thursday, 9th May, 2024.
This diplomatic initiative, facilitated by Ambassador Senesie Jannie Tarawally (London Jet), marked a significant step towards enhancing relations between China and Sierra Leone, showcasing a commitment to mutual benefit.
Her Excellency warmly welcomed the delegation, signalling a willingness to engage in dialogue, to foster collaboration and development. The presence of Chinese investors underscores a growing confidence in Sierra Leone’s potential for progress and prosperity. Notably, Dr. Fatima Maada Bio emphasised her efforts to results-driven initiatives, stating her readiness to facilitate engagement, if aligned with the interests of Sierra Leoneans.
