Chief of Adoato, Nana Amoah Tebe IV has envisioned the construction of an ultra modern palace for the community.

Aside utilizing it for the day-to-day administrative work, the Chief has planned to effectively harness the facility after completion for the promotion of the rich tradition and culture of Asanteman.

A sod-cutting ceremony will be held on 1st June, 2025 for the commencement of construction.

Nana Amoah Tebe IV made the above disclosure during a press briefing, held on Thursday, aimed at briefing newsmen on a flagship event, dubbed “May for Adoato”.

It kick started on Thursday with a float on some principal streets of Bantama Constitutency.

Activities that marked the occasion were, a homecoming event, games, clean-up exercise, inter-school cultural display, among others.

At the media engagement, the Chief called on indigens in the diaspora to assist him financially for the speedy construction of the palace and other developmental projects.

Nana Amoah Tebe IV also underlined economic empowerment of the youth of Adoato as one of his interests for the community.

He said he will soon roll out a project that will be focused at equipping youth in the area with vocational skills to make them financially independent for a meaningful life.

On education, he said he will revive various vocational institutions in the area and also offer the necessary support to schools that fall within his jurisdiction so to help facelift the standard of education of Adoato.
