Posters of the controversial clergyman, St. Sark, believed by his followers to perform extraordinary miracles, have recently gone viral across the Ashanti Region, especially in Greater Kumasi.

These eye-catching posters, boldly featuring the name “St. Sark” in red against a white background, are plastered across church members’ clothing, commercial and private vehicles, stores, buildings, and even electricity poles.

At a popular kyinkyinga (roasted meat) joint located behind the Asokore Mampong Rural Bank, a large version of the poster is prominently displayed on the wall of the shop. The meat seller now nicknamed “St. Sark” by locals, believes the poster has brought divine favor to his business.

“I listened to him on the radio for a while and became convinced he is a true man of God. I believed him when he said his posters carry divine power against evil,” he claimed in an interview with local newsmen.

He went on to say that after printing the poster in the exact design shown by St. Sark and pasting it on his shop, his business began to thrive. “Though my business name is ‘Wenam’ or ‘King David,’ everyone around here now calls me St. Sark,” he added with a smile.

In an interview at his church auditorium, the General Overseer of Open Arms Ministry, St. Sark, explained that both his posters and the mere mention of his name are powerful spiritual tools.

According to him, witches, freemasons, secret society members, and even Satan himself cannot stand against the power behind the name “St. Sark.”

He boldly challenged other deliverance ministers to mention his name during exorcisms, claiming it would make casting out evil spirits easier due to the authority Jesus Christ has invested in his name.

St. Sark recounted past miracles attributed to his posters and stickers. He recalled an incident in a small community near Obuasi where a young girl, previously unable to walk, stood and walked after placing his sticker on her leg. In another case, a landlady nearly evicted a tenant just for having one of St. Sark’s posters on his door.

“These miracles and the power surrounding my name are God’s way of certifying my ministry,” he stated. “This is evidence that my mission is truly from the Lord.”

He clarified that the posters are not for sale and their use is completely voluntary. “But anyone who uses them or mentions my name with faith will experience the power of God,” he affirmed.
