The air in Bantama is buzzing with celebration today as one of Ghana’s most admired public figures, Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye, marks his 48th birthday with a heartfelt message that has struck a chord across the nation.

In a post shared on his official Facebook page, the Member of Parliament for the Bantama Constituency simply wrote:
“I’m 48 today, and I thank God for my life.🙏🏻”

The message, though short, radiates the humility and faith that have come to define the man behind one of the most politically influential constituencies in the Ashanti Region.

Since the post went live, social media has been flooded with birthday wishes, words of encouragement, and tributes celebrating his leadership, humility, and continued dedication to public service.

Though no longer serving as Minister for Roads and highways, he remains a towering figure in Ghanaian politics.
His tenure in government left a legacy of bold ideas and transformational policies, and as MP for Bantama, he continues to be a tireless advocate for development, youth empowerment, and infrastructure improvements in his constituency.
A founding member of the Tertiary Students Confederacy (TESCON) and a longtime stalwart of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Asenso-Boakye’s journey has been marked by resilience, vision, and a deep-rooted passion for nation-building.
As he celebrates 48 years of life, many believe this is not just a personal milestone. It’s a reminder that his political journey is still unfolding, with greater things yet to come.
Happy Birthday, Hon. Asenso-Boakye. Bantama celebrates you, and Ghana salutes you!
