Ghana’s Ambassador to the United States, H.E. Victor Emmanuel Smith, has called on Ghanaians living abroad to strengthen partnerships that contribute to Ghana’s national development.

He made the call at the “Silent Night” Christmas Concert organized by the Tema Youth Choir, USA, held at the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church in Woodbridge, Virginia.

The event brought together members of the Ghanaian community and featured performances by Tema Choir USA, the Tema Youth Choir from Ghana, and the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church Choir.
Addressing the audience, Ambassador Smith commended the choirs for their exceptional artistry, discipline, and commitment to promoting Ghanaian culture through music.
He noted that such initiatives not only preserve cultural heritage but also serve as a platform for unity and collaboration among Ghanaians in the diaspora.

The Ambassador expressed his appreciation to the organizers for the invitation and extended warm Christmas wishes to all attendees.
He concluded his remarks with his familiar message, encouraging collective responsibility and national pride: “Let’s think Ghana first.”
The concert formed part of activities aimed at celebrating the Christmas season while strengthening cultural and developmental ties between Ghana and its diaspora community in the United States.
