The Member of Parliament for Nsuta/Kwaman Beposo, Hon. Adelaide Ntim has made a cash donation of GHs 60,000 to some of the traders who were affected by the Adum-blue light fire outbreak.

Specific beneficiaries are victims who are members of her constitutency.

The MP presented the cash to them on Tuesday when he visited the area to access the level of damage and comisserate with them.

Hon. Adelaide Ntim told newsmen after the gesture that, aside the donation, she turned up to express her deepest sympathy for their losses, and also demonstrate her unwavering committee to supporting them as they recover and rebuild their business.

She said she attaches great value to the support the traders gave her during the 2024 parliamentary elections.

Hon. Adelaide underlined the foregoing as a reflection of their love for her, saying “this is what motivated me to offer them this financial support.”

The Member of Parliament encouraged them to stay strong and also admonished the leaders to ensure a fair disbursement of the money among beneficiaries.

On a political note, Hon. Adelaide Ntim urged the traders to reflect on the numerous and matchless cash donations they have received from the NPP since the tragic incident occured and vote massively for the party come 2028 general elections.
