People of Afigya Sekyere East, Kwabre East and Manhyia North constituencies were mad for the NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia last Wednesday.
Interpretations from graphics, vis-a-vis his visit to the areas as part of his ongoing tour in Ashanti region unveil a vivid display of a high spirited, a never-say-die and gestures of matchless commitment for the party by die-hard residents.
It was purely a no business as usual occasion as scores of traders freezed their business operations on that day to join the campaign wagon of the NPP and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Expressing gratitude for the gesture shown to him, Dr. Bawumia wrote on his official Facebook page on Friday that he thank people of the 3 constituencies for how they marvelously welcomed him on that day.
“As I indicated in my interactions with you, a Bawumia Government will focus on growing Ghanaian industries through various policies including Buy Ghana First, a flat tax regime, area-specific factories to add value to raw agricultural produce, and Ghanaian made construction essentials such as concrete slabs for roads and railway lines.
Together, we can make my bold new vision for Ghana a reality, and I urge all to turn up in your numbers on December 7 as we begin the journey of Ghana’s transformation.
