I truly believe everything begins and ends with attitude. There is a reason why I talk about it a lot.
You’re probably asking why.
Just like I told Jeremiah Owusu Koramoah, our very own linebacker who plays for the Cleveland Browns in the NFL when he paid a visit to my home, having a positive attitude has been one of the best tools I’ve been using for years to help me perform at high levels, both in my personal life and in the multiple businesses that I’ve been lucky to start.
I truly believe that having a diligent attitude is just as important as getting an education. It is as important as your skills, amazing talent, and expertise. It’s more important than your appearance, your gift, or your ability. And the amazing thing is that you have a choice every day regarding the attitude you embrace for that day. Having the right attitude will certainly open doors to success that otherwise might not be opened.
If you want to be successful, you should recognize that the most critical factor in success is your attitude and work ethic (of course, luck, support from your friends and family, and good connections with people in positions of power play a significant part in anyone’s success).
But it also has more to do with the will, determination, and self-discipline to do work with high quality consistently. There are no shortcuts. You simply must put in the work, using your attitude.
