In a powerful display of unity and tradition, the revered Queen-Mothers of Ga Mashie paid a heartfelt courtesy visit to Hon. Samuel Nartey George, Minister for Communication, Digital Technology, and Innovations, following the tragic helicopter crash that claimed eight lives.

Their mission was to offer condolences, express admiration, and affirm their unwavering support.

While mourning the devastating loss, the Queen-Mothers took the opportunity to celebrate the Minister’s recent appointment, acknowledging his steadfast commitment to the nation.

“Thank you for coming to share your condolences with me,” Hon. Sam George expressed warmly, visibly moved by their presence.

Speaking on behalf of the delegation, Naa Ardua Okropong I, the Korle Gonno Manye, lavished praise on the Minister for his fearless leadership and dedication to preserving the moral and cultural values of the Ga people.

“Your boldness in defending our cultural values and moral heritage has inspired many—especially those of us who serve as custodians of tradition, family, and the moral compass of our communities,” she said, adding that their prayers and support would follow him throughout his service.
