The hardworking Member of Parliament for North Tongu constituency, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has presented a scholarship worth GHs 145,000.00 to tertiary students at Aveyime.
He did the presentation when he commissioned a newly constructed and full furnished kindergarten block in the area.
The facility brings the total number of KG projects spearhead by him as MP for the area in recent years to 20.
The new Aveyime Methodist KG has 100-capacity classrooms, teachers’ offices, kitchen, washrooms, storeroom, poly tanks and a playground.
At the commissioning, Hon. Okudzeto confirmed the completion of 28 schools recently by a devastating rainstorm.
“Investing in quality education will remain my priority as MP”, he remarked on his official Facebook page after the event.
