Chief of Adoato, Nana Amoah Tebe IV has donated GHs 50,000 to support the ‘Heal Komfo Anokye Project’.
The above support for the flagship initiative was made on Wednesday, 19th June 2025, at Mahyia palace, during the observation of Awukudae.
Aside joining Chiefs of Asanteman to pay homage to the great King, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and also offer services to him as custom demands, the Chief of Adoato also thanked the overlord of the Asante Kingdom for the permit and the blessings he conferred on him for the successful celebration of the “May for Adoato 2025” event.
“May for Adoato” was a weeklong event initiated by the Nana Amoah Tebe IV for the promotion of the rich culture of Asanteman.
It was climaxed on 1st June, 2024 by a homecoming and sod-cutting event for the construction of an ultramodern Palace for the community.
Other activities that marked the event were games, clean-up exercise, inter-school cultural display.
In an earlier engagement with the media, Nana Amoah Tebe IV underlined economic empowerment of youth in the area as one of his interests.
He pledged to roll out an initiative that will focus at equipping them with vocational skills so as to make them financially independent for a meaningful life.
On education, he promised to revive all vocational institutions within the community and offer the needed academic support to schools; an approach he believes will facelift the standard of education at Adoato.
