2024 Vice Presidential candidate for NPP, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is advocating for a united front for the return of the elephant party to governance.
The fire-brand cum spartan politician who is otherwise known as “Napo” has asserted that the comeback of NPP will restore good governance to the people of Ghana.
“The elephant must return to bring good governance to Ghana”, he scribbled on his official Facebook page.
Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh who served as Ghana’s Energy Minister made the above remarks after joining the 2024 flagbearer Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and leadership of the party in NPP’s ongoing nationwide “thank you tour”.
In his remarks, he urged supporters of the party to ignore political noise and mischievous claims by detractors which seek to divide the party.
“We must stay together. Let us remain focused on rebuilding.”
Napo however commended the National Chairman, General Secretary, Dr. Bawumia and Hon Kennedy Agyapong “for the dignity, civility and unity they are showcasing which is a powerful answer to the falsehoods some seek to spread.”
