Prophecies have become the order of the day in Ghana following the results of the 2024 general elections.
Prophet Opambour Ebenezer drops another prophecy about the newly elected president of Ghana, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, and his Vice President, Professor Jane Nana Opoku Agyemang.
The founder and leader of the Ebenezer Worship Center, Prophet Ebenezer Yiadom, popularly known as Opambour, has made it known in his latest video that, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama will be in power for eight (8) years. That is, John Dramani Mahama will leave office as the president of Ghana in 2032.
According to Prophet Opambour, John Mahama will not only serve for the four years stipulated by the constitution but will remain in power for eight years.
According to Opambour, he has the spiritual authority to make this happen. He stated that he would pray fervently for John Mahama so that God grants him the strength to lead Ghana for the next eight years as president.
As you may already know, the Ghanaian constitution prohibits anyone from serving as president for more than two terms. This means the maximum time a person can serve as president is eight years. If John Mahama serves as president until 2028, he will not be eligible for reelection.
However, a new trend on social media suggests that the constitution could be amended to make extended terms possible. Some theories claim that the NDC has won more than two-thirds of the total parliamentary seats, which is the exact majority required to amend the constitution.
