Chief of Adubinso kese, Nana Kwesi Asiedu is demanding a submission of land documents by person or persons who have acquired land or lands situated within his jurisdiction for necessary verification.
The forgoing directive came into force following a new layout made by the Adubinso Kese traditional council which has gained approval from the Afigya Kwabre South District Assembly.
Nana Kwesi Asiedu explained at a press briefing held at his palace on Monday, 21st September, 2024, that old allocation documents that were issued to buyers before he was sworn in as Chief of the area are not in alignment with the new layout approved by the assembly.
“All building operations must be halted until documents that proves the legitimacy of ownership is looked into and certified by him at his palace.
“Any person or group of persons or corporate body who has/have acquired a plot or plots from source, wether built or work in progress or not yet developed should halt building operation until I’ve verified their documents”.
