Earlier today, I paid a courtesy visit to His Royal Majesty Nene Sakite II, Konor of Manya and President of the Eastern Region House of Chiefs.
To seek his blessings, wise counsel, among others, I used the opportunity to rehash H.E. Dr. Bawumia’s resolve of a deepened partnership with traditional authority; a catalyst for harmony and socio-economic growth.
I also used the opportunity to commiserate with the family of the late Hon. Sub. Lt. Christian Kofi Tettey who was popularly known as Black Slate. Hon. Tettey was a founding member of the New Patriotic Party who dedicated his life to the service of our party and country.
I reminded party faithfuls to emulate the long-standing commitment of this great stalwart to the ideals of the NPP by working assiduously for victory in December.
