Roads Minister Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye has engaged “Buz Stop Boys”; a group of inspiring Ghanaian Youth who have dedicated their time to clean up public spaces.
His encounter with them at his office on Tuesday, 9th April, 2024 focused at delving into their initiative to address the issue of indiscriminate solid waste disposal, a worrying situation which according to him affects the Ghana’s road network.
Scribbling on his official Facebook page after the engagement, he expressed that his Ministry “is committed to partnering with the group, along with other like-minded individuals, stakeholders and institutions to engage in activities aimed at maintaining the strength and capacity of our road network”.
“I personally commend and applaud their work as patriotic Ghanaians”, Hon. Asenso-Boakye scribbled.
